Eligibility for Exchange
After 7 days of delivery date items will qualify for exchange.
Product will qualify for exchange only when it is unused, undamaged, in its original packing condition with all receipts and seals intact.
Customers must have an original receipt or proof of payment to initiate exchange.
Exchange requests depend on product or variant availability at that time.
Exchange Process
Initiate the exchange process by sending your Order ID and reason for exchange.
A member of our team will conduct a review of your request before organizing a return pickup service if needed.
Exchange and delivery will be done in 3-4working days
Return can be done in 3-4working days after receiving the order
Refunded amount will be credited in 3-4working in original payment mode
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items brought on sale/offers are not eligible for any kind of exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
Important Notes
If the reverse pickup service is not active in your area then you must ship the product to our designated address yourself.
We will assess the product and your request can be denied when inspecting returned items which fail to live up to our quality demands.
